Welcome to Slade Farm Organics, we’re Polly and Graeme third generation farmers here in St Brides Major. We farm with nature and work with our local community to deliver sustainable organic produce throughout the year. Our system of farming is built on sustainability, we have a closed cycle of nutrients that means all of our animals and crops are fed from this parcel of land, here in South Wales. We are truly sustainable. All our produce has been born, raised and harvested on the farm. #LoveLocal
The benefits of buying local
Local food supports local economies. Food grown in the local community supports local jobs and encourages variety in our diets. It also requires less transportation, so it's fresher and has a smaller environmental footprint.
We have been getting boxes delivered for a couple of years now. We always get fast and friendly communication, the produce and products are fantastic. I love supporting local producers and farmers, it creates happiness!
